In order to make transfers, customers are obliged to have a checking or savings account in the bcpbank and this account must be linked to a checking or savings account at CAIXA, which will receive the remittance. The link between these accounts must be made by the sender at any branch of the bcpbank or by internet (bcponline).

When using the 24/7 Remittance service, the sender will only pay the transfer rate of the day. The exchange rate informed at the time of the remittance is merely indicative. This amount will be defined on the effective date of conversion of the remittance. The beneficiary in Brazil will pay no charges.

The network of channels available for remittances is extensive and offers options for everyone. The service can be used through the internet, on bcponline(www.bankbcp.com); by phone, via bcpcontact (1.888.2272265); in the bcpbank Automatic Teller Machines; and over the counter of the banking branches.

As well as being convenient, the 24/7 Remittance service is quick and efficient. Remittances will be made available at the CAIXA on the next working day after the date of transfer.
